Q1 - What differentiates you from other local business brokers?

  • Normal business brokers list as many businesses as they can (sometimes with a retainer or listing fee) hoping a few of them sell. We believe in an individualized 1-on-1 approach with our business seller clients. We DO NOT "list businesses" hoping a few of them sell rather we only work with a selective number of quality businesses that we know that we can sell. While we consider ourselves business brokers - we do more from a valuation to coaching to complete support. AND we get paid on contingency of closing on your business for sale. We get paid on success NOT via some misguided up-front fee!

Q2 - What type of coaching and support do you refer to?

  • We start by completing our comprehensive Business Market Valuation then if we both agree to our valuation then we will list business. The FIRST thing we will do is spend a couple of hours with you TOTALLY preparing you for everything that you will encounter in the process INCLUDING every conceivable question a business buyer will have for you. Then we partner with you by attending every meeting with buyers, working due diligence with the buyers then securing the offers. Last we manage all contingencies thereby getting you through to the closing.

Q3 - Why don't you list businesses for sale on your own web site?

  • Because our studies indicate that over 90% of business buyers who buy a business through a quality broker end up buying a business different than what they were originally looking for. So we require our business buyers to take simple steps so we have their contact information to review ALL existing and new businesses for sale. We DO market your business for sale in a confidential manner across 150+ of the largest networks but we also capture daily leads via this web site. That is how our extensive buyer pool grows.

Q4 - Do you have limitations on type of business or size of business?

  • No, we do not judge the businesses that we represent based on business type or certain monetary size. Rather, we look at any business type and any business with a positive cash flow / asset based model where the financials can be shown and proven.

  • The obvious is that we provide the 1-on-1 attention that you deserve by treating you as a real person and not a number like so many business brokers listing everything that they can.
